AMBER RASHIDI, MSOP, CPO
OWNER & CERTIFIED PROSTHETIST ORTHOTIST
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University, San Bernardino in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics (MSOP) from Loma Linda University in 2014. She became a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics in 2017.
With over 11 years of clinical experience, Amber provides comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care for patients of all ages. Her areas of expertise include orthotic treatment for conditions such as drop foot, arthritis, ACL/PCL injuries, posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD), as well as spinal and cranial pathologies. She has a particular focus on pediatric care, specializing in Cranial Remolding Orthoses for infants and TLSOs for scoliosis management.
Amber is passionate about delivering personalized, evidence-based care and is dedicated to improving mobility and quality of life for her patients.
Outside of work, Amber cherishes quality time with her family and loves exploring the outdoors—whether it’s a relaxing day at the beach, an adventure at the lake, or a getaway to the desert. When she’s not traveling, you’ll likely find her at home unwinding with a captivating true crime documentary.

MIKE OPENSHAW, BS, CPO
OWNER & CERTIFIED PROSTHETIST ORTHOTIST
Mike has been immersed in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) since childhood, developing a deep-rooted passion for the profession early in life. He began his formal O&P career in 1993 as a technician, gaining hands-on experience that laid a strong foundation for his future in the field. After several years of dedicated work, he pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Science degree from Mt. Sac College. He then transferred to California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2001.
In 2003, Mike achieved his certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC), further solidifying his commitment to excellence in patient care.
Outside of his professional life, Mike is an avid automotive enthusiast who enjoys customizing vehicles. He also has a deep love for the outdoors, a passion he enthusiastically shares with his patients. Mike is dedicated to helping others rediscover or expand their enjoyment of physical activities, often organizing events designed to promote accessibility and engagement in outdoor recreation.

TRAVIS DUBUQUE, MSOP, CPO
CERTIFIED PROSTHETIST ORTHOTIST
Travis began his career in Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) in 2008 as an O&P Technician. Driven to expand his expertise in the field, he pursued higher education and graduated from Loma Linda University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics (MSOP). He earned his certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) from the American Board for Certification in 2022.
Travis plays an active role in direct patient care—collaborating with patients to assess their needs, develop customized orthotic and prosthetic solutions, and support their ongoing rehabilitation. In addition to patient care, Travis leads the O&P lab’s fabrication team, ensuring each device is built with precision and has a strong focus on quality and detail, as well as,
serving as an educator in the O&P and PT fields since 2021. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of practitioners. His passion for teaching complements his clinical and technical roles, furthering his impact on the profession.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys playing the guitar and riding his dirt bike. He is also passionate about coaching his son’s baseball team and values spending quality time with his family.

KIMBERLY JONES, MSOP, CPO
CERTIFIED PROSTHETIST ORTHOTIST
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2010. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics (MSOP) at Loma Linda University in 2014. In 2017, she achieved certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.
With over nine years of clinical experience, Kimberly has provided comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care to patients of all ages and conditions. Alongside her clinical work, she served as an instructor in the MSOP program at Loma Linda University, combining her passion for education with hands-on patient care.
In 2023, Kimberly transitioned to a full-time academic role as an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University. She was appointed Hybrid Program Director for the MSOP program for the 2024–2025 academic year, helping to shape the next generation of practitioners.
Kimberly has since returned to clinical practice, now focusing her expertise on orthotic services.
Outside of her professional life, Kimberly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, camping, and hosting game nights.

MICHAEL MATSUDA, MSOP, CP
CERTIFIED PROSTHETIST / ORTHOTIC RESIDENT
Michael is a dedicated and compassionate prosthetist, drawn to a profession where he could make a direct, tangible difference in people's lives through hands-on work. He is deeply committed to helping individuals regain their mobility and independence. Michael earned his BS in Health Science and Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics (MSOP) from Loma Linda University in 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and advanced knowledge to the field. He became a Certified Prosthetist (CP) from the American Board for Certification in 2025. He is currently advancing his expertise as he completes his orthotic residency and is expected to earn that certificate in 2026. Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys the quiet companionship of his cats, immersing himself in Nintendo games, and the satisfying challenge of building intricate Lego creations.

DANA PELAEZ
OFFICE MANAGER
Dana has been in the medical field for 33 years and for the past 15 years she has focused her career on Orthotics & Prosthetics. As Office Manager, Dana strives to make each day run smoothly for both patient's and staff. She enjoys being a part of a team that helps people regain mobility and independence. She enjoys creating a welcoming and supporting space where patient's feel taken care of from the moment they arrive at Redlands P&O.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, taking road trips, traveling and true crime.

ANDREW CARMONA
O&P TECHNICIAN
Andrew has been in the Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) field since 2022. He has two brother-in-laws in the O&P profession, which helped spark his interest in the field. At a young age, he assisted his father with carpentry work, honing his hand skills, developing a strong attention to detail, and cultivating an appreciation for craftsmanship—skills that translate well into the O&P profession. He brings hands-on experience and a passion for helping others through innovative support solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and baseball, and unwinding with video games.

JOHN SHELDON
O&P TECHNICIAN
John graduated from Victor Valley College in 2021 with an Associate of Science degree in Welding. Throughout his education and beyond, he gained hands-on experience in mechanical work, building a strong foundation in fabrication and repair. In 2024, he began his career in Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P), bringing his technical skills and attention to detail into a meaningful and impactful field. Outside of work, John enjoys 3D printing, exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping, and fishing.
